David Winer Sold Acid
On Nerd TV # 6 David Winer admitted (transcript) selling drugs such as acid, with apparently no consequences. He and the host even joke about the statute of limitations being passed.
Contrast this with a Andrew Feldmar, a non-US citizen who is banned from visiting his family in the US altogether, for writing about using LSD when it was still legal.
I don’t pass judgment on either Feldmar or Winer for their drug activity. I just think the contrast in their consequences is noteworthy.
