I am surprised the securities issuers in Canada have not yet moved to  electronic delivery of shareholder information yet  -  (i.e. prospectuses).  Obviously, some rules probably need to be changed for this to happen, but imagine the resources that could be saved if delivery of prospectus and confirmation slips were electronic.

Given the governments goal of reducing carbon emissions, the across the board carbon tax is a fairly wise move - the economy will self-organize.
