Gnucash 2.X Not Yet Available For Fink
Updating Fink went ok, involving a lengthy dowload of XCode, a lengthy download of packages (hours) for which I had to be present to hit enter dozens of times to choose alternate mirrors, a really long compile (seemed like hours), which resulted in an error. The upgrade script warns that I would probably encounter errors and provided instructions. That all seemed to work.
I turns out there is no Fink package yet available for Gnucash 2, so I am stuck with 1.8 until a Fink package is ready. Which means I can’t print, which means I need to keep performing treasurer duties.
