Less than one month after my blackberry’s email database becoming corrupt, its happened again. Exactly the same symptoms. As new emails arrive, very old ones seem to show up in the display. Really weird.
They want me to reinstall the OS, which I think will result in me having to courier the device to headquarters so a tech can reinstall the enterprise connector software. We can’t install that for ourselves. I don’t know why, probably a cost of service or security issue.
