First Blackberry Glitch
Today I ran into a fairly serious glitch with my blackberry. I’d go to look at my message summary (an aggregate of SMS, corporate email, personal email, google talk, voice mail), and nothing was there. After spending some time convincing the support person at Rogers (who was pretty good actually) that I just didn’t delete my emails and we realized the device was displaying the wrong email folders all of a sudden, I hooked the device up to the PC (still have one, mainly for this purpose, otherwise I am currently liking my Mac), backed up the email messages, deleted them from the device, then restored them. Magically everything started working again. Spooky. Would have been nasty if I were travelling.
