GTD Supplies Remarkably Hard to Find
One of the key tools to keep organized with GTD
is a Tickler File. Given the huge success of popularity of David Allen’s Getting Things Done paperback you would think stationary supply stores like Staples, Office Depot, Grand and Toy, etc. would have GTD supplies on on display or at least in stock or available through their catalog. Ditto for bookstores which seem to have Pilates and Yoga kits — where are the GTD supplies? There is a huge opportunity to market tickler files and some other GTD supplies through bookstore channels.
I am sure most GTD practioners don’t even have a Tickler file - they are just to hard to find.
I did find that Monk Office has them in Victoria. They keep them a secret though. They don’t have them on display in stores. You have to phone their head office, and you can either pick up your tickler file at the warehouse in Esquimalt or arrange for pickup at a retail store.
