The web is full of testimonials about ActiveSync like:

I think there is a class action lawsuit gold mine for an enterprising lawyer out there. ActiveSync doesn’t seem to work as represented. If Apple got nailed because battery life was a little low, how about all the folks out there who thought they could sync their calendar, tasks, email, and notes to and from their PocketPc and have spent days trying to make it work?
I am very tempted to go to paper for my lists and calendar. I may have to if ActiveSync doesn’t magically start working today.
